1. Free Shipping

GRI Prints proudly offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping unless otherwise stated during promotional events.

2. Processing Time

All products are made-to-order unless otherwise specified.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Custom Orders: 3–10 business days depending on complexity

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

GRI Prints is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address

Reshipping fees may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, GRI Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is:

  • Lost: Contact us and we will assist in filing a claim.

  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us.

  • Stolen: We recommend filing a report with your local authorities.

We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.

7. International Shipping

At this time, GRI Prints [does / does not] ship internationally.

If international shipping is offered:

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will vary.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

  3. Include your order number.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution if approved.

9. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because most products are made-to-order:

  • Production begins shortly after purchase.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Shipping timelines may vary for highly customized automotive parts.
